This anaerobic processed coffee from Ethiopia is sweet, creamy, winey, and intensely fruited, thanks to an anaerobic cherry fermentation and careful consistent drying.

This coffee was a highlight of the recent SF Coffee Festival, and we have a limited supply of this very unique and coveted coffee still remaining. It is such an interesting coffee, in short supply from the origin, and not to be missed. One of the best of 2024!
